About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized styles, services, and products
• Offer expert advice throughout the styling process — from color and cut to texture and treatment
• Cut, trim, and style hair in line with current trends and client preferences
• Deliver professional color services, including creative highlights and artistic color applications
• Perform chemical services such as permanent straightening or waves, using specialized techniques and products
• Maintain detailed client records, including formulas, color shades, and service history
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and AVEDA product knowledge
• Ensure high standards of salon hygiene, presentation, and personal grooming at all times
• Maximize daily bookings by coordinating efficiently with front-of-house/reception
• Guide and support junior team members to uphold the brand’s quality and service standards

About You
• You will have a minimum of high school qualification
• You will have a formal hair dressing qualification (City & Guilds Level)
• Passion for hair dressing, style and trends
• Pleasant personality and good grooming
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
