Job Description

To support the smooth running of office operations by performing various basic administrative and housekeeping tasks including serving beverages, cleaning, and running errands.

Requirements

  • Serve beverages (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
  • Assist in organizing and setting up meeting rooms.
  • Handle filing, photocopying, and basic office errands.
  • Receive and distribute office mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain pantry supplies and monitor stock levels.
  • Support office staff in tasks as required, such as moving files or documents.
  • Comply with all company policies regarding health and safety.
