Job Description
To support the smooth running of office operations by performing various basic administrative and housekeeping tasks including serving beverages, cleaning, and running errands.
Requirements
- Serve beverages (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
- Assist in organizing and setting up meeting rooms.
- Handle filing, photocopying, and basic office errands.
- Receive and distribute office mail and deliveries.
- Maintain pantry supplies and monitor stock levels.
- Support office staff in tasks as required, such as moving files or documents.
- Comply with all company policies regarding health and safety.
