About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Park Services Attendant to join our team in Jumeirah Wild Wadi. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• To understand and follow all manufacturer and Dubai Municipality guidelines, Jumeirah and Wild Wadi Standard Operating Procedures in order to exceed the operational requirements and ensure the Guest receives the highest standards of quality and service at all times.
• To clean all back of house areas including restrooms, locker, break and office areas in order to provide a clean working environment.
• To conduct routine deep cleaning tasks such as power washing, carpet cleaning, car park scrubbing in order to ensure a safe, clean environment for our guests and colleagues.
• To provide assistance for exclusive use events when needed, and to assist in the preparations of facilities for special functions, themed evenings, etc. in order to contribute to the success of the organization.
• To exude a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our Guests and fellow Colleagues in order to support the Jumeirah Vision, Guiding Principles, Hallmarks and Wild Wadi Water Park Mission Statement.
• To clean and inspect all park furniture, fixtures and equipment and report any damage in order to affect a timely repair and guarantee guest satisfaction.

About You: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in related position
• Previous housekeeping experience, minimum of  3 years
• Any previous experience with cleaning equipments and chemicals would be an advantage
• Must be able to be flexible in working hours.
