About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Play Attendant (Seasonal) to join the Kids Club team in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Supervise and engage children through scheduled activities across different age groups.
- Ensure all children’s safety by actively monitoring and following risk assessments.
- Provide babysitting services during and outside duty hours when available.
- Operate reception duties, including guest registration, security checks, and guest information.
- Enforce club rules to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Follow all Kids Club SOPs, policies, and cleanliness standards.
- Support events, admin tasks, and other duties assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; childcare experience and sports background will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and Russian languages.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Seasonal opportunity: fixed-term contract from October 2025 to May 2026
