Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in the UAE or Middle East, preferably on RTA projects.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy, etc.).
• Sound knowledge of construction contracts such as FIDIC, JCT, or NEC.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in tendering works and a strong background in RTA infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
