About the job
1. Role Objective

Support the regulations advisor to streamline ADDC’s activities to deliver compliance against the Regulatory framework, and to manage the regulatory models to optimise the ADDC performance.

2. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Growth & Sustainability related :

• Technically support through specialized advice in areas of expertise • Provide advice and act as first level reviewer of all the work of staff, ensure that they are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively and comply with leading practices Customer related: • Execute all internal customer facing transactions in line with ADDC strategy resulting in higher satisfaction and timely delivery of services • Ensure that internal customer needs, problems and requests are recorded and addressed in a timely manner • Ensure the delivery of a world-class business services experience Operational Excellence related:

• Support the analysis and forecasts of company performance with respect to business plan initiatives and targets.

• Support the Regulatory Advisor in carrying out responsibilities and accountabilities.

• Support in translating the regulatory drivers into business drivers and performance measures where appropriate

• Guide the development of all regulatory scenarios and gathers consistent information for submission to the DoE.

• Review presentations and provides training on regulatory changes.

Performance Driven Organization related:

• Ensure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge by providing coaching and counselling

• Support in development of policies and procedures for various functions within the Office

In addition to the above, the incumbent shall also perform all other duties assigned by line manager

Data Security & Integrity
Risk Management
Knowledge of P&U Regulations/ Frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:

· Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Preferred Experience:

· Minimum of 6 years.
