Resource Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage service plans, including timetables and consist diagrams.
• Monitor and improve train performance KPIs, including service availability, punctuality, and delay attribution.
• Lead and optimize resource management and rostering strategies for all operational staff groups (Crew, Station, Maintenance, NOCC).
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and implement regulatory and legal staffing requirements.
• Apply fatigue management principles within roster planning and scheduling processes.
• Analyze large operational datasets to identify trends and propose actionable performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to optimize manpower utilization across departments.
• Contribute to the development of operational and safety scheduling standards.
• Prepare and deliver professional reports, presentations, and documentation for business planning and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with advanced O&M planning and scheduling systems, such as:
• IVU Technologies
• Giro Hastus
• Dassault DELMIA Quintic
• Strong proficiency in data analytics, performance modeling, and Excel-based planning tools.
