Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Delivery
- Execute the full sales process from prospecting to delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maximizing profitability and adhering to company policies.
- Support new customer acquisition and ensure timely follow-up to improve conversion rates.
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Provide a personalized, high-quality consultation to help customers choose the right vehicle.
- Ensure smooth and defect‑free vehicle delivery.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and contribute to Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) performance.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Report daily activities, walk‑ins, forecasts, and sales‑in‑hand to the Sales Manager.
- Share competitor insights and market updates.
- Support showroom standards (VI) and assist with launches, promotions, and campaigns.
Product Knowledge & Compliance
- Maintain strong product and competitive knowledge.
- Promote Finance & Insurance (F&I) offerings based on customer profiles.
- Complete all documentation accurately while adhering to company policies and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (automotive preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Results‑driven, customer‑focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Culturally aware and able to manage diverse customer interactions.
