Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and field visits and identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Planning and Execution:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales.
- Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
