Job Purpose
To handle parts sales to workshop, counter sales and manage warehouse efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Handles Parts sales to workshop & counter customers.
- Maintains a prospecting system to ensure additional business and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
- Raise invoices / sales slips / obtain credit authorization to ensure timely closure of the sales deal.
- Advise management of loss sales / parts non-availability for management to take appropriate action.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Handle return spare parts as per policy.
- Generate orders and upload on OEM portals based on parts movement to ensure parts availability required to maintain maximum service level.
- Analyze the exception reports on critical stocks, lost sales, excess stocks etc. and take corrective action where necessary to improve parts availability and minimize stock obsolescence.
- Control freight costs and Minimize emergency orders to ensure profitability.
- Create article master data as and when required to ensure correct data on the system.
- Oversees upkeep of warehouse and maintenance
- Track shipments and coordinate with logistics for parts consignment to ensure stocks are received on time.
- Arrange parts from our GCC suppliers in case of non-availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the documentation / payment is in line as required by the principals to avoid delays in shipment.
- Ensures regulatory requirements are in line for the warehouse facility.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably with an automobile background
Experience
- 2-4 years sales experience in automobile industry
- Highly customer oriented & team player
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Arabic would be added advantage
- Strong Computer Skills
- Should be familiar with the Spare Parts business.
- Should be Presentable
