Service Sales Engineer

• Contribute to achieving the department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals
• Provides support to the after sales manager in answering product queries to meet the customer requirement.
• Review and discuses everything with customer regarding the quotations and contracts, generates quotations,
• Ensure smooth conversion of the free maintenance offers into maintenance contracts.
• Follow up on maintenance contracts and renewals.
• Follow up the lost service contract with customers
• To attend meetings with customers.
• Prepare contracts in Arabic and English
• To coordinate inspection team for elevator survey
• To follow up the other brand elevators
• Prepare quotations for repair and improvement works.
• Handle invoicing, billing and collection follow up for maintenance and repair work conducted.
• Supporting the renovation offering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 4-5 years experience in the same field in UAE
• Computer skills
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent in English Language, Arabic would be an advantage
