Parts Sales Supervisor Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage branch sales operations and drive new business development.
- Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets through effective strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, wholesale clients, and counter customers.
- Sell parts and upsell accessories to maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with business procedures and manage payment receivables for cash and credit customers.
- Promote parts awareness campaigns, monthly offers, and product updates to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in Autoline and prepare documentation as per AS-DOS standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings.
- Track lost sales and pursue pending opportunities to meet KPI conversion rates.
- Ensure implementation of 5S standards in the workplace.
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have Skills & Experience)
- Strong sales attitude with proven ability to drive results.
- Experience in outdoor sales (not just counter sales) with exposure to fleet customers, wholesale, and IRF (Independent Repair Facilities).
- Excellent communication skills that meet AMA standards—professional, clear, and persuasive.
- Ability to calculate discounts and margins accurately—a core requirement for spare parts business.
- Knowledge of planning, forecasting, and analytical abilities to support business growth.
- Familiarity with batteries and aftermarket parts is an advantage.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and ability to build long-term relationships.
