Overview of the Role:
As an Automotive Technician, your primary objective is to ensure you stay up-to-date with the technical aspects of our products/vehicles and possess the ability to diagnose and resolve issues accurately the first time.

What You Will Do:

Perform routine servicing tasks to maintain vehicle functionality.
Execute tasks such as brake pad replacements, bellows and belt replacements, and pulley repairs.
Proactively identify potential problem causes during field and workshop assignments.
Utilize tools and adhere to best practices outlined in service manuals to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Read, comprehend, and implement instructions from workshop manuals, utilizing service checklists where applicable.
 

Required Skills to Be Successful:

Excellent communicator in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
Demonstrated technical expertise in independently servicing, repairing, and overhauling components.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

What Equips You for the Role:

Basic/Technical Education and/or Apprenticeship.
Trade Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working on buses.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
