What you’ll do?

- Support the Buyers with vendor management, ad hoc tasks
- Handling Complaints of Retail & Vendor Accounts Management
- Stock Monitoring (in-stock + in-transit) and ensuring the products are delivered on time
- Demonstrated ability in managing reporting and analysis
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, SQL is a plus
- Demonstrates excellent time-management/prioritization skills and the ability to work independently
- Create recon report for all inwards for assigned vendors.
- Connect with suppliers for CN for short/damage received.
- Creating PSPOs for GRN Correction, liaising with WH and vendors to fast-track invoice clearance.
- Help in clearing box Qtys. and ensure RTVs are picked up on time for assigned vendors/sellers.
What you’ll need?
- Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Great people skills and ability to communicate constructive feedback.
- Problem-solving capabilities to create strategies to improve support quality.
- Excellent English vocabulary & writing skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision, take responsibility and get the task done.
- Have good knowledge in MS office and presentation skills.
