Contract Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, approval, execution, amendment, renewal, and termination, ensuring contracts align with business objectives and legal requirements.
• Identify legal, commercial, and compliance risks within contracts; propose and negotiate risk-mitigation strategies; and escalate material risks to the Group Legal Director with clear recommendations.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and delegated authority frameworks; maintain standardized templates and support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Monitor contract performance, key obligations, milestones, and renewals; manage contract repositories and reporting dashboards; and provide regular insights and metrics to the Group Legal Director to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and SLAs.
• Lead, guide, and mentor the team to ensure high-quality performance of contractual relations and professional development.
• Collaborate with the Legal director, Legal Manager and Senior management to support strategic initiatives, trainings and business planning.
• Track and report contracts management system, KPIs and ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment as a Contracts Manager and/or in an in-house legal management role within a recognized law firm.
• Managerial experience with a proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law.
