Overview
The Senior Analyst, IT Infrastructure & Operations must define core technology capability required to support company’s departments and strategic objectives. They should also ensure IT service-related issues are dealt with, managing the escalation process and monitoring users’ satisfaction. They must ensure IT infrastructure operations are running at adequate service levels and monitor the engagement of 3rd party contractors.

- Infrastructure Design & Delivery: Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support core business functions and departmental activities.
- Help Desk Support: Provide help desk support, manage escalation processes, and ensure timely resolution of IT service-related issues.
- Maintenance & Monitoring: Maintain IT infrastructure, monitor service levels, and develop improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Centre Management: Oversee Data Centre operations, manage IT assets, licenses, and 3rd party contractors, ensuring SLA compliance.
- User Satisfaction: Monitor user satisfaction and gather feedback to drive improvements in IT services and applications.
- Project Management: Lead IT projects including procurement, development, and implementation, aligning with company strategy.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with IT suppliers, providing input on system enhancements and performance.
- Training & Development: Facilitate IT training and promote technology use across the organization.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in managing web servers and IT infrastructure components (e.g., Aruba Switching, Firewalls, NAC).
- Experience with monitoring and improving hardware/software performance.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5-6 years of relevant IT experience, with 2-3 years in a lead engineering role managing teams (5-8 engineers).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
