About the job
1. Role Objective
Develop programmes of work for all identified investment plans agreed with the relevant stakeholders
across ADDC, ADPower and TRANSCO and manage the overall delivery of the investment plan by
providing program management and quality assurance on capital programs/ projects.
2. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Growth & Sustainability related :
Execute all assigned tasks and to ensure that these are executed efficiently, accurately and in a
timely manner
Report on the overall performance and work progress of tasks assigned
Customer related:
Execute all customer facing transactions in line with ADDC customer strategy resulting in higher
satisfaction and timely delivery of services
Address customer needs, problems and requests in a timely manner
Ensure the delivery of a world-class customer experience
Support the customer focused culture minimizing disruption to impacted customers ensuring
customers are kept informed
Operational Excellence related:
Develop the identified investment plans into agreed and deliverable projects and programmes of
work
Monitor the delivery of the investment plan against defined and agreed tolerances with escalation and resolution where appropriate
Deliver timely investment programme delivery information to ADDC’s Executive Management team,
in the form of regular progress reports, to enable efficient and effective management of the business
Execute the formal post project review and ensure that the findings are fed back to relevant parties
including the upfront analyses undertaken in Asset Management
Execute the handover of mega development assets and verify compliance to established ADDC
standards and asset quality
Undertake the identification, prioritization, tracking and mitigation of on quantifiable risks which is
aligned to the overall risk management framework of ADDC
Provide information and reports requested by other business units in a timely and accurate manner
Comply with reasonable OSH instructions and safe working procedures
Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems
Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone’s health and safety
Assist with preparation of risk assessments; and
Report OSH hazards, incidents, and issues
Performance Driven Organization related:
Acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs
In addition to the above, the incumbent shall also perform all other duties assigned by line manager.

Qualifications & Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent; MP,
Prince2
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of 3 years.
