Roles and Responsibility

Undertakes works in the following fields:
Provide functional and technical asset management specialist knowledge to specific questions or sophisticated challenges;
Support SAP user challenges with the focus on professional product solutions and implementation;
Proactive safeguarding of the asset management system, providing solid solution architecture and project management best practices and guidance;
Development of best practices and enablement to internal department and external parties such as contracted maintenance services providers and stakeholders, with the goal to grow the asset management system;
Provide user training and support to improve our asset management solutions and processes for better scalability;
Analyse holistic business challenges and requirements and identify an appropriate solution strategy;
Analyse the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments and translate user business requirements into product adaptation.
Works under the instruction of the Head of Fleet Reliability & Standards

Desirable Qualifications, Skills And Experience

Academic Qualifications:

Diploma in Engineering or Technical Education or equivalent

Professional Qualifications

Certified in Asset Management
Recognized experience with backend integration-related topics and challenges
Recognized experience in maintenance management systems and mobility solutions
Full driving license

Experience

8+ years of work experience in an SAP environment
8+ years of experience in mechanical, civil or electrical maintenance services industries

Other Skills

Strong in MS Office skills
English as first language or advanced level of written and verbal skills
Experience with performance-related topics and challenges and how to structure and analyze performance.
Ability to work with multiple teams at all levels and personalities, in cross-cultural teams.
Motivated self-starter who can operate with little oversight and guidance.
Strong intellect and ability to motivate and energize by infusing an entrepreneurial spirit and get-it-done / can-do-it attitude
