Overview of the Role
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for heavy-duty vehicles and workshop excellence? We’re looking for a Workshop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our truck maintenance facility in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). In this role, you’ll ensure that servicing, repairs, and diagnostics are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards—while leading a team of skilled technicians and service advisors.

What You Will Do
•    Supervise day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring timely job allocation and completion.
•    Monitor technician performance, job turnaround times, and quality of workmanship.
•    Diagnose complex faults and provide technical guidance to the team.
•    Conduct quality checks, approve service reports, and ensure compliance with preventative maintenance schedules.
•    Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and continuous upskilling of workshop staff.
•    Prepare and submit operational reports, and support customer satisfaction by minimizing truck downtime.

Required Skills to Be Successful

•    Minimum 7 years of experience in truck maintenance and repair.
•    Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
•    Strong leadership and people management skills.
•    High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
•    Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken.
•    Proficiency in planning, organizing, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
