Telesales Coordinator – Dubai

About the job

Achieve the agreed sales targets by selling Emirates Post Products & Services to potential customers; acquiring new business and at the same time retaining and growing business from existing customers through phone calls and customer presentations.

Strategy, Policy and Procedure

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the information related to work to protect the interests and activity of the Company.

Sales Portfolio Management

  • Manage a portfolio of customers via telephone: Make telephone calls to existing customers on a regular pre-defined call cycle to secure new business and to ensure that individual agreed targets are achieved.
  • Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximizes growth within the existing client base so that the required personal sales results are achieved.
  • Manage the revenue growth through Up selling and Cross selling tactics to exceed this budget
  • Build a strong customer relationship to ensure that the accounts perform and grow to their maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
  • Combine sales skills with EP product/service knowledge and convert the maximum possible prospect leads into accounts, emphasizing those with maximum revenue potential, in order to increase EPG’s market share within the Small & Medium Enterprise segment.
  • Adhere to pricing policy & discount guidelines
  • Update details of customers, pipeline opportunities and sales activity in CRM in a timely manner.
  • Provide all supporting documentation and information relating to customer contracts to ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database.
  • Complete sales reporting requirements in a timely manner, which includes Sales activity, Productivity, New business signed
  • Act as the telesales customers main contact for EP responding to their sales and post sales requirements.

Sales Target

  • Achieve the agreed sales targets through the retention and development of the customer portfolio billing between AED 500- 2500 per month through Up-Selling and Cross Selling related EPG services and products.
  • Acquiring new business within the Small & Medium Enterprises with revenue potential between AED 500 – 2500 per month.
  • Identifying customers with growth potential (revenue above AED 2500 per month) which can be transferred to Field Sales and Key Account Portfolios.

Continuous Improvement

  • To identify the continuous improvement of sales systems, considering changes in the business, cost reduction and productivity improvement best practice.
  • Continually develop knowledge of EP Products & Services and Industry knowledge in order to provide the best possible solutions to customers.

Other Tasks

  • Perform any other task or responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by Line Manager.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, or Communications.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product sales, and customer service.

Job Specific Skills (Technical Competencies):

  • knowledge of accounting, financial accounting
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office programs

Health, Safety and Environment Officer – Dubai

About the job

To identify and assess risks to health and safety and provide advice on accident prevention and occupational health to management and employees whilst insuring appropriate safety controls are in place and implement within the BU, including ISO 45001, and other EP standards.

Health and Safety Identification & Awareness

  • Preparing and support health and safety strategies, developing policies and programs.
  • Liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with mandatory regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
  • Develop corrective actions and processes to drive continuous improvement / kaizen projects related to Health and Safety.
  • Develop plans and ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to the BU, and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
  • Regular audit the Safety Management Plan for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions and to keep EP one step ahead of external Health and Safety auditing and standards
  • Monitor and visit all P&E locations to ensure the application of Health and Safety standards and processes.
  • Participate in regular meetings to report on relevant health & safety matters across the BU and make sure all agreed action points are completed within deadlines.

Accident Investigation

  • Record and investigate incidents relating to the BU and to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary and produce subsequent reports and recommendations to department leadership.

Documentation & Training

  • Deliver focused training material to all BU employees related to Hot topics and policy and procedure changes.
  • Liaise with external health & safety consultants in the provision of training programmes and health and safety services.
  • Identify, provide an effective health and safety related training system.
  • Establish a full programme of documented health & safety inspections, audits and checks.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work proactively and cross-functionally to ensure positive changes are implemented within Health and Safety.
  • Work closely with the Head of department within BU to ensure compliance requirements are being controlled, documented and maintained in accordance with rules and guidelines.
  • Monitor, evaluate and review existing, new and upcoming health and safety standard based on qualitative and quantitative data and ensure that the EP-BU has systems and procedures in place to meet Health and Safety requirements.

Reports & Analysis

  • keep track of the deliverables and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • To continually improve Health and Safety processes, updating existing metrics as well as creating new metrics, aligned to industry standards and best practice updates after alignment with stakeholders.
  • To visualize and deliver dashboard managed, KPI targeted Health and Safety awareness across the BU management team.
  • Provide regular reports to the BU Management on relevant health and safety activities.

Other Tasks

  • Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, NEBOSH Diploma certificate, and good Knowledge of TAPA certification would be beneficial.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in Health and Safety, with proven in formulating, implementing and revising H&S policies and procedures, knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, track record of delivering a behavior change/ Prioritized focus surrounding Health and Safety.

Job Specific Skills (Technical Competencies):

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to priorities work to ensure tasks are completed within time constraints.
  • knowledge of all aspects of health, safety and risk management
  • Ability to visualize, design & structure Presentation, Reports and Dashboard.
  • Strong Analytical & Statistical knowledge
  • Organization KPI & Matrices
  • Ability to understand and apply Six Sigma theories.
