Senior Process Engineer (Contract)

Job Descriptions:

• Participate in ITB study and prepare bid specifications.
• Establish standard and concept for the work to comply with job requirements.
• Involve in various engineering stage such as Feasibility Study, Basic Engineering Design and DetailEngineering.
• Preparation Process Drawings such as Process Flow Scheme, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram,Equipment data sheet, Instrument data sheet and other deliverables
• Interface with other internal disciplines such as Mechanical, Piping, Instrument.

Senior Layout & Piping Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Establish standard and concept for the work to comply with job requirement.
• Responsible in pipe routing and equipment layout planning study.
• Responsible in engineering design works such as plot plan, key plan, Underground and Aboveground piping arrangement, construction isometric and pipe support detail drawing, field fabrication part, etc.
• Responsible to review information drawings such as civil information, nozzle orientation, vessel clip, instrument component information and process information (piping isometric for calculation of hydraulic delta-p, etc.)
• Review all internal design check (IDC) documents from all disciplines.

• Performing basic and detail design for static equipment such as pressure vessel, storage tank, heat exchanger and package equipment.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, quality and budget control.

• Minimum 5 years of piping design experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries.
• Good knowledge in drawing preparation of Plot Plan, Key Plan, Underground andAboveground Piping Plan, Detailed Pipe Support and Construction Isometric.

Piping Material Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Review ITB package, Process licenser’s requirements, Client’s Requirements and FEED Documentations.
• Select applicable standard, codes and specification and incorporate them in the job specification.
• Prepare summary of piping classes.
• Establish Piping Material Specification and piping standard assemblies.
• Provide data for piping components to 3D Cad Coordinator.
• Prepare valve and specialty part data sheets.
• Prepare Requisitions for Inquiry (RFI) and Requisition for Quotation (RFQ) for all piping materials.
• Prepare vendor Technical Bid Tabulation.
• Review vendor data documents and drawings.
• Supervises all Material Take-Off (MTO) activities.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma of Professional Degree in Material Science, Mechanical or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good knowledge in International codes such as ASME 31.3, API, ASTM, BS, etc.

• Able to undertake works in electrical design up to construction at site (supervision)

• Construction Assistance – to provide supervision at the construction site (depends on projects varies from few days to few months).
• Procurement Assistance – to provide data sheet to Procurement, prepare bid tabulation and conduct evaluation on vendors’ quotation.
