Department: FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
Responsibilities:

Incumbent will be part of a team of qualified professionals responsible to the top management for managing the finance / commercial related activities i.e. Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Credit, MIS Audit and Commercial functions of one or more profit centers. The job involves close and active participation in business decisions in coordination with the profit centre heads of the Group.

Qualification:CA / ICWAI / CMA

Age:33 – 38 years

Experience:

Post qualification experience of 5+ years of which at least 3-5 years in a position handling similar responsibilities of a professionally managed large organization. Proven leadership qualities with strong inter-personal, communication and analytical skills are essential. Responsibilities:

Incumbent will be part of a team of qualified professionals responsible to the top management for managing the internal audit, formulating business strategies and policies and corporate governance of the Group. The job involves close and active participation in business decisions in coordination with the profit centre heads of the Group. The job also involves review existence of adequate checks and controls, propose cost optimization solutions, formulating and implementing internal audit programmes, participation in system structuring, perpetual evaluation of internal controls, performance review of business units, compliance and cost control audits etc.

Age:33 – 38 years

Experience:

AUTO MECHANICS

Department: AUTOMOBILE SERVICE – PASSENGER CAR
Responsibilities:

To service, repair and maintenance of wide range of passenger cars and individual components. To undertake and diagnose the routine faults.

  • Capable of doing unit overhauls (Engine – Diesel or petrol) / Manual & Automatic transmission / drive train system etc. Basic knowledge / ability to attend minor electrical AC complaints on vehicles
  • Reading& understanding of wiring diagrams
  • Ability to repair suspension brake, Clutch systems etc.
  • Knowledge on modern diagnostic tools to find faults on automobile systems

Qualification:ITI / Diploma from Govt / Govt approved institutes

Language:Working knowledge of English (speaking, writing& understanding)

SERVICE TECHNICIANS –HEAVY COMMERCIAL VEHICLES (MAN DIVISION)

1. Heavy Vehicle Mechanic

Job:To diagnose, troubleshoot as well as independently attend to routine maintenance and all types of minor & major repairs on wide range of high-tech Heavy Commercial Vehicles and fitted equipment such as Fire-fighting equipment, Truck mounted Hydraulic Cranes, tippers, Refuse Collectors, Trailers, Man lifts etc. Candidate must be willing to travel to customer job site.

Age:25-38 years

Qualification:ITI (Mechanic) from State Board of Technical Education or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years course)..

Experience:Candidate should have minimum 5 years’ experience on repair of Heavy Commercial Vehicles in a modern workshop of reputed organization.  Should be well experienced in handling modern diagnostic tools / major jobs individually.  Should have experience in trouble-shooting and rectification of the problems.  Experience on Hydraulic System will be an added advantage.


2. HEAVY VEHICLES DENTOR

Job:He should have minimum 5 years’ experience as Dentor preferably on Heavy Commercial Vehicles / Equipment.  Persons with capability of doing Fabrication, painting & fibre glass repair jobs and exposure to latest techniques of body repairs will be an advantage.

Age:25-35 years

Qualification:SSLC & ITI/NCTVT in the trade of blacksmith/sheet metal from State Board of Technical Education.

Experience:5+ years of relevant experience.


3.HEAVY VEHICLES REFRIGERATION TECHNICIANS / A/C MECHANICS

Job:Should have minimum 5 years’ experience on repairs of Freezer Trucks / Sea going containers / Transport Refrigeration units. Experience on Thermoking Refrigeration System will be an added advantage.  Knowledge of basic electrical / Electronic & computer is desirable.

Age:25-35 years

Qualification:ITI (Refrigeration) from State Board of Technical Education or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years course).

Experience:5+ years of relevant experience.


SERVICE TECHNICIANS –HEAVY COMMERCIAL VEHICLES (HINO DIVISION)

1. FABRICATOR

Job:To have knowledge on fabrication of supper structure like cargo body, Flat bed body Closed cargo body, Tipper body with fitment of hydraulic accessories, knowledge of Sheeting cutting and bending will be preferable

Age:28-35 years

Qualification:SSLC & ITI/NCTVT in the trade of blacksmith/sheet metal from State Board of Technical Education.

Experience: Around 5-10 years of experience as fabricator in body building of Heavy Commercial Vehicles / Light Vehicles / Equipment.  Persons with exposure to latest techniques of body repairs will be an advantage.


2. HEAVY VEHICLES DENTOR

Job:To have knowledge on accidental body repairs of Heavy Commercial Vehicles / supper structure .Exposed to high skilled body denting, gas cutting/seaming job technology will be added advantage.

Age:28-35 years

Qualification:SSLC & ITI/NCTVT in the trade of blacksmith/sheet metal from State Board of Technical Education.

Experience:
He should have minimum 8-10 years’ experience as Dentor preferably on Heavy Commercial Vehicles / Equipment.  Repair jobs and exposure to latest techniques of body denting methodology will be an advantage.


SERVICE TECHNICIANS – CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT DIVISION

1. Technician (Earthmoving, Mining and Construction Equipment)

Job:Specific exposure on Excavators, Dozers and Wheel Loaders of Komatsu, BEML, Cat, Volvo, JCB, Hitachi, Doosan, Hyundai etc  With relevant hands on experience and able to carry out all kinds of major trouble shooting / repairs / Overhauls various major components / assemblies like hydraulic pumps, control valve, final drive, transmission, steering clutch, axles, etc. General idea of electrical / electronic & Hydraulic circuits used in these machines is desirable. Ability to read & understand the hydraulic circuits is mandatory. Candidates who have specifically worked in mines, mining companies, large construction companies, dealerships, etc. are preferable

Age:35 – 40 Yrs (Max 45 Yrs)

Qualification:Govt approved 3 yrs ITI / Diploma holders.

Experience:10+ years of relevant experience.


2. Technician (Cranes)

Job:With relevant hands on experience and able to carry out all kinds of Major Trouble shooting/repairs/ Overhauls various major components/ assemblies and maintenance of rough terrain, truck mounted & crawler hydraulic cranes. Good knowledge on Hydraulics of these machines. General idea of hydraulic / electrical / electronic circuits used in these cranes is desirable. Candidate is also expected to have experience on erection / commissioning of heavy lift crawler cranes.

Age:35 – 40 Yrs (Max 45 Yrs)

Qualification:Govt approved 3 yrs ITI / Diploma holders.

Experience:10+ years of relevant experience.

Type of Cranes – Candidates with experience in these types of cranes may only please be considered – Rough Terrain / Truck Mounted / Crawler Hydraulic Cranes / experience in Telescopic Boom.


3. Electrician (Earthmoving, Mining and Construction Equipment)

Job:Direct hands on experience & in depth knowledge of electrical and electronics of latest earthmoving, mining and construction equipment. To read, interpret electrical circuit diagrams, trouble-shoot the fault and attend to complaints / jobs independently in workshop and in field.  Candidate must be willing to travel to customer job site.  Direct experience with the latest series of Komatsu Machines. Hands on experience or exposure on other brands like KATO, VOEGLE, SANDVIK, BOMAG, WIRTGEN, HAMM etc. will be an added advantage.

Age:30 – 35 Yrs (Max 40 Yrs)

Qualification:Govt approved 3 yrs Diploma holders / ITI holder. (Electrical)

Experience:8+ years of relevant experience.

CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT DIVISION 

1. DEPUTY MANAGER – SALES

Job:To plan and implement aggressive sales & marketing strategies to achieve the objectives of the profit centre in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment. The job entails leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, building customer relationship and seeking business development opportunities for both retail and institutional customers. Implementing innovative promotional campaigns, organizing customer meets / events and training will form essential ingredients of the responsibility.

Qualification:Graduation in Engineering.  Additional Management qualification is preferable.

Age:35-40 years

Experience:12-15 years in Sales & Marketing, especially in Construction Equipment / Mining Machinery/Road Equipment, of which at least 5 years in a senior position with independent handling of profit centre of Construction Equipment. Proven track record and strong analytical, communication, inter-personal skills are essential requirements. Exposure to Automotive industry will be an advantage. Arabic speaking / fluency in spoken Arabic will be an added advantage

Skills required

  • Should be well versed with various construction machine sales
  • Should have handled front line sales activity
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • GCC driving license would be an added advantage
  • The candidate should be physically fit and capable of travelling to various customers and their job sites.

2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE-SALES

Job:To lead a team of Sales Consultants / Officers to promote sales to individual and institutional customers.  The job will also involve organizing customer meets & events, implementing aggressive sales & promotional strategies to achieve assigned targets in a highly competitive environment, exploring business opportunities with wide market coverage / innovative sales initiatives and building customer rapport.

Qualification:Graduation in Engineering.  Additional Management qualification is preferable.

Age:  30 – 35 years

Experience:  7–10 years of frontline sales & marketing experience of Construction Equipment / Mining Machinery / Road Equipment in a reputed organization of which 2–3 years should be in a supervisory capacity.  Effective communication, proven leadership qualities and pleasing personality are essential.  Experience in automotive industry and direct selling will be an advantage.  Arabic speaking / fluency in spoken Arabic will be an added advantage.
