Job Description
Secures inventory and logistics processes from receipt to delivery including request processing, receiving, inventory transactions, issuing, discrepancy management and reconciliation, cycle counting, stock level management, return logistics and replenishment management.
Responsibilities
- Runs a series of inventory reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and performs a detailed analysis of item performance, consumption and expiry.
- Generates and manages replenishment orders for assigned storage and stock points and follows the order through until delivery confirmation.
- Develops accurate and consistent enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
- Performs inventory investigations, and shipment discrepancy management and reconciliation.
- Performs visual validation of received and issued merchandise to description and package details from original purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Performs system transactions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and for ERP system accuracy.
- Maintains documentation management and document retention related to the supply chain process.
- Adheres and complies with all government, regulatory, quality and enterprise requirements, guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Preforms and manages cycle counts and stock counts.
- Works in collaboration with the entire Supply Chain Team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferred
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of Hospital store experience.
